Thermoformed technical trays represent a fundamental support tool in the automotive industry, and beyond, to solve issues of transport and protection, internal and external handling, logistical support for automated processing or manual assembly lines, while simultaneously ensuring efficiencies in time, space, and quality.

We can produce trays in small and large series. In the production of our trays, we use materials of various thicknesses depending on whether the trays are “disposable” or reusable for several production cycles.
All materials we use in the production of thermoformed products are completely recyclable.

Disposable or reusable trays?
Disposable trays
Disposable trays are intended for single use so they must be made of the most economical and lightweight material possible while still performing their function of protecting and containing the product.
"Reusable" trays
“Reusable” trays do not exhaust their function with the first use but are used for multiple production cycles and can have a useful life that depends on normal wear and tear from use.
Note
If these “reusable” trays are used for handling goods within a production/logistics site intended as an industrial plant or logistics hub belonging to the same legal entity, the trays are also exempt from the CONAI contribution with an appropriate exclusion procedure.

Can trays/blisters be designed for automated lines?
Yes. We design trays compatible with robots, pick&place systems, and automated lines, with precise tolerances and shapes optimized for automatic handling, collaborating with automation designers to create the ideal thermoformed support for your automated line.
What materials do you use for technical trays/blisters?
We use PS, PET, ABS, PP, HDPE, and ESD materials (PS or PET) for applications that require permanent material conductivity. All materials are eco-sustainable 100% recycled and recyclable
Can you produce stackable trays/blisters optimized for transport?
Certainly. We design thermoformed products stackable, reinforced, and optimized for internal and external logistics, reducing bulk and improving component protection.
Is it possible to obtain prototypes before production?
Yes, of course. The realization process includes the presentation of preliminary technical renders. Once approved, we move to the executive phase of creating prototypes and pre-series to test shapes and functionality for final approval of the thermoformed product before series production
