Our cellular trays are manufactured with existing molds and are therefore useful and convenient when there is a need for ready-to-use tray solutions without mold expenses to bear. They can also be made in flocked (velvet) materials for the protection of delicate objects such as in the fashion accessories field, for example, or with technical materials (e.g., ESD material for the electronics sector)

What are our cellular trays?
They are thermoformed trays with cells of various dimensions produced with our existing molds, excellent for housing, protecting and separating components of all kinds during production, storage and transport phases. They are very useful whenever there is no need to make a custom tray/blister for technical reasons or also in case the necessary quantities of trays are not sufficient to justify the investment in a custom mold
In which sectors are cellular trays used?
They can be used in the most diverse sectors mechanical, fashion accessories, electronics, automotive, medical and cosmetic and manufacturing in general but also food, being able to supply them with materials certified for food use.
What materials do you use for cellular trays?
We use PS, PET and special materials such as flocked PET for the fashion accessories sector (with velvet finish therefore but always 100% recyclable) for maximum protection from scratches etc. or also in ESD materials for applications that require protection from electrostatic discharge.
Are the materials you use recycled and/or recyclable?
All materials we use are recyclable if properly disposed of in separate collection for plastic as well as being recycled with different percentages depending on the chosen material
What is the difference between STANDARD CLASSIC trays and VARIOUS TRAYS?
The ST.CLASSIC trays are a consolidated standard of trays that all have the same external dimension (345×220 mm) and various seats for dimensions and number.
We already have an existing price list (available upon request via email) with prices for quantities and materials that can be manufactured
We do not have stock of ST.CLASSIC trays but we can manage orders even of low quantities in short times in combination with continuous orders from various clients with production speed and price advantages.
The VARIOUS trays instead have variable external dimensions but are still available if you do not find the right tray for you among the ST.CLASSIC ones. Request for these the dedicated quotation for orders with minimum quantities of 500 pcs in the materials you desire.
Are cellular trays customizable?
Yes. Our CLASSIC cellular trays are customizable with embossed writing of the logo or company to make them recognizable as yours in the supply chain.
Are your cellular trays disposable or reusable?
Both. We can indeed produce cellular trays of “disposable” type therefore using the thinnest possible material to still guarantee eco-sustainability by always minimizing weight and volume of packaging.
Or produce reusable “durable” trays using resistant materials that can have a long duration of use and still always 100% recyclable at the end of their useful life being mono-materials
